I am only 5 feet, bearing a body weight of 80 kg, Leading a sedentary working life. Disaster started. My knees are unable to bear it, causing tremendous pain. Trying frantically during last 5 months by joining gym and dieting but no result till date. Any suggestion that would work?

JUST HAV LIME HOT WATER EARLY IN THE MORNING ND GO UP ND DOWN THE STAIRS FOR 10 MIN...CONSUME ATLEAST 3 LITRES OF WATER...GO AHEAD...DONT LOSE HOPE!! HEY...MOST IMP CONTROL UR TEMPTATIONS FOR JUNKS,OILY,SUGAR...OKKK..CHOCOS TOOO!!!
