Need to lose 40Kgs ; am over 40 years and have a sitting job. Have tried Herbalife and lost 10 Kgs. in 06 mons. Stopped walking about 03 mons ago. Now going on the treadmill for 30 mins each day. Any suggestions to lose weight.
Kids want me to slim down.- 118 Kgs at present 5'6 height.

YOU SHOULD FOLLOW A STRICT DIET PLAN, OBVIOUSLY IT SHOULD BE A CLEAN DIET. GO FOR 5 MEALS A DAY. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. AVOID FAST FOODS & JUNK FOODS. EAT LOTS OF VEGETABLES. GO FOR A WELL BALANCED PROTEIN DIET. PROTEIN HELPS YOU TO STAY FULL FOR A LONGER PERIOD. AVOID CARBONATED WATER, ALCOHOL, RED MEAT.
GO FOR SOME CARDIO EXERCISES. LIKE RUNNING, SWIMMING, ROWING, BIKING, WALKING FOR AT LEAST 20 MINS 2 TIMES A DAY.
