when i start any diet in the first day my weight going down almost half kg, but after that day my weight stuck on the previous spouse my weight is 71 kg day 1 diet it came to 70.5 after this it dnt lose idnt know what to do plz tell if any one know something

Initial weight loss is water. You burn glycogen in the muscles and liver first before any fat is burnt. Every gram of stored glycogen (sugar) is bound with 3 grams of water.

Water is heavy. Don't expect miracles, just persist.
