Hi kapil. there are some weekly habits which you should follow.
24 hours water fasting twice or thrice in a week.(Find Dr. jason fung videos about fasting in youtube.)
4 or 3 days exercise in week. exercise should include strength training and endurance training(lift weights for strength and do cardio or running for endurance)
Do not eat processed food and eat less sugar. don't drink juice or soup(eat fruits and vegetables).
remember fasting is most important.
man indian diet? the more conditions you put on diet, lesser options you have and you eat less......and wont provide right amount of nutrition. You might end losing weight but may gain fats and loose muscles....
