Hi ,
First try to habituate healthy habits-
1. Have proper sleep atleast 7 hours a day
2. Eat food in regular intervals avoid completely sugar no sugar at all which contains sugar like choclates, cake biscuits sweets soft hard drinks etc ...
3. Habtituate 5 liters of water a day
4. Eat little amount of food in regular intervals
5. Daily walk for 5 kms
6. Once u implement above 5 points in ur daily life ,then start high intensity excercises and avoid rice - instead include brown rice with lots of vegs , night completely avoid rice or chapathii s have veg salad u should have ur last dinner by 7 clk daily
7. Eat fruit once u wake up with 1/2 an hour after that u should nt take fruits
8. Daily morning once u wake up have warm water of 500 ml with lemon
9. After that take soaked chia seeds in water for 4-5 hrs add one squeezed lemon juice and one spoon honey keep it mix and have like juice... This is natural fat bunner
10. Then after have some fruit what ever u like
11. Have daily 2 eggs as breakfast
12. After that mid snack should be cumber / carrots
13. Lunch with one 200 ml boiled brown rice with less oil veg curry , one cup curd
14 . Snack item after 2 hrs
15. Dinner as i said above
16. Avoid fry items oily item , totally avoid outside food , refrigerator food eat freshly
17. For sure if u follow strickly all the points u will loose 5 kgs a month easily , but make sure don't cheat urself be self confident and implement in ur life have balance life

I am arpit singh, i want to suggest you about Water Fasting. Plz refer Dr jason fung video about fasting on youtube.
1 do 24 hrs water fasting twice or once a week.
2 Do 2 types of excercise, endurance training(walk or jog). strength training(weights).
3 Dont Eat added shuger.
