Hi i am Raghu, age 32, my weight is 92 and wanna lose atleast 12 kg in next 4months.
I have started walking and jog for 2kms daily from past two weeks, along with this have cut max sugar in my food and have started eating about 1200 cals.
Any helpful tips apart from the above

Make sure the 1200 calories are mainly fat. If you consume them in the form of carbohydrate you will be on a glucose/insulin rollercoaster and be permanently hungry. You cannot exercise away a bad diet.
