Spread out over the day your calories,try to eat 5 times a day,
Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, light snack,No fried food,plenty of fruit veg,
try to stay away from fat,sugar,buy some scales,look at my plate,to help you see what your eating,this site will tell you your calories,fat,fibre,protein,sugar intake,it will also break the day up so you can see when your eating,.
