from morning after brush no water tea breakfast till 8 hrs. means waterless foodless upvas....(langhan) after 8 hrs. 2 glass green juice.... ingredients ..palak,dudhi, pila kaddu, gajar,beetroot,tulsi,ginger,jeera powder,black salt,limbu.

in the dinner sprouts salads fruits ...raw food ....I lost 7 kg. in a month

morning evening enima is must....no milk no dairy products no cooked foods at all
