I m 28+ and height is 5.4ft n my weight is 85kgs. I want to reduce weight in a healthy way. It may take longer period but I am okay to it. Any suggestions?

its not that hard to lose weight ! the first thing which you need to do is
- drink warm water with honey within 30mins from waking up in the morning.
- eat everything and anything but in moderation
- after every meal u can have black tea mixed with honey/ or u can also have warm water mixed with cinnamon powder (1/2 teaspoon)(dalchini) boil it.and drink that water after 1hr of every meal.
- eat smaller meals every 4-5 hours rather than 3 course meal !
- don't skip breakfast! never do it …
- there is a fat burner called "LEAN +" easily available online.its really effective.have it before any meal.
- u can also have triphala tablet it helps in weight loss.it is available at any chemist shop.u need to have triphala tab for at least 6 months.
don't try losing weight very soon,this method is really helpful !

Follow these simple steps:
As soon as you wake up in the morning, Mix Honey and Lemon in glass of warm water and have it.
Eat Oats in the evening meal.
Have plenty of Barley water.
Have butter milk and Water melon.
Avoid Samosas, Fried items, Chat(s), Curd and White rice. If you cant avoid rice, Replace white rice with brown rice.
Donot skip breakfast. Instead of a three course meal, have limited meal for every five to six hours. Include sprouts and Salads in the meal.

It depends on how active your lifestyle is. If you are looking forward for a magic pill or medicine which will do wonders for you, then you will be disappointed. I would strongly suggest you to start C25K program. Follow this program and make changes to your diet along with it. You will probably loose good amount of weight after completing C25K. You can check that community for further information. (or just google it)..
