hello, im 32 year old height 165, my weight was 97 after delivery, now i reduced almost 9 kgs but after reaching 88 im struggling alot.

now my weight is not reducing please suggest something. so i can reduce weight fast it almost 2 months i didnt reduced at all. it is making me unhappy and my enthu for gym is also reduced.

I wakeup at 6,oclock and then take methi water and 5 almonds.

7.00 am GYM

9.30: cornflakes milk

11.30: roasted chana

2:00: 4 wheat bread with curry

4:00: mariegold biscuit (4) and milk

6:00 roasted chana

8:30 2 chapati and sabji

this is all my diet chart

can you please suggest better plan so i can reduce my weight quickly and i like to eat sweet so sometym i eat mithai also.
