hi, start exercising regularly for 30-45 mins and have a balanced diet. Weight reduction by exercising takes time ,but, it is practical to follow forever. Initially u may find it difficult, later it will become a habit, then it will be easy! so, be consistent in ur efforts!

A permanent solution to weight loss is to be conscious about our eating habits and control it in the right way. Exercise/Physical work is as important as eating and sleeping. As in today's life machinery has replaced physical work done by humans, we are all forced to maintain an exercise regimen. Only this will give life long solution. Do not opt for easy methods. Read some good blogs posted such as "YOYO DIETING' & "TIPS TO WEIGHT LOSS" & " 5 GOOD FOODS" ETC
