Stop completely relying on meds, get out and do some sort of exercise, walk or do yoga, light aerobic exercises.Any kind of body movement for 30 to 45mins 3 to 5 days a week will improve your health.

Eat more healthy food like fresh vegetables, grains, food high in protein, vitamins and minerals.

Talk to a dietitian or physician for a better diet plan.

Once you adopt a better lifestyle of eating good and exercising frequently not only you will loose weight but chances are your bp will get back to normal without medicines.
