i want to loose 10 kg, pls suggest me the remidies

i am working for almost 12 to 13 hr daily, my diet is also average then also i am find it difficult to reduce my fat,suggest me some home remidies to reduce belly fat

Join a good GYM... Especially the one monitored by Experts... Spend at least 40 minutes in Thread Mill, Cycling etc. Follow strict Diet (better consult a Dietitian)... Umm loosing 10Kg is not that easy... U need patience and it will take some time if u work hard... In one month if you are serious u can loose 3-5KG... All depends on how well your GYM is managed... Good Luck... FYI... I have joined one and lost almost 4kg in 3weeks... George Varghese

Sorry i didn't read your question completely... Working 12 hrs/a day is challenging... Better consult a Dietitian and then make sure u make a brisk walk for at least 40minutes a day... Also take a one glass of water with honey every day morning... Good Luck

GET A MASTER HEALTH CHECK DONE TO RULE OUT MEDICAL CONDITIONS. WEIGHT REDUCTION TAKES TIME . U HAVE TO BE CONSISTENT IN UR EXERCISE AND DIET. CHECK UR BODY MASS INDEX.
