What diets are everyone trying ?
I am trying Food Focus. Lost 4 lbs on it last week. It's a really good site. It counts all the calories for you, the proteins , carbs and fat. They give extra calories for exercise, but I do not use them. They ask how much a week you want to lose, and tell you how long it will take to lose at the rate that you have chosen.
Wow that's a great start to weight loss in just 1 week sounds good, and like idea of exercise being seen as part of weight loss plan
Yes, and it's a free site foodfocus.co.uk. I have paid out so much money on Weightwatchers in the past, but never again.
I take it that you are an Aussie. I came back from NZ just before Xmas. Stayed for 8 weeks, and had a wonderful time.
I'm on weight watchers online. It has made tracking food so much easier, even though it sounds counter intuitive, the points are so much easier for me to handle than calorie counting.
See I did well at weightwatchers and was a helper but even though weight loss was brill there weren't enough people so they closed it down and I lost faith with the company, I agree the diet plan is brill and if tracking keeps you focused it's right for you but I then spent year at diff groups and eventually got fed up of tracking! That's why looking for diff diet to try and was looking for ideas

Thank you it is interesting reading and they are right there is no quick fix which really is what we would all like
