First week of healthy eating and exercise over with result sof a loss of 2 POUNDS! im surprised because it's been a stressfull week with mothers day approching and results from a gcse on thursday and i would normally stress eat but im so happy to say i havent!!

Meggy, really well done. You can do it as you have just proven. Hope Mother's Day went well and also your exam result.
Keep up the good work - after about half a stone, you will see a difference (usually starts with your face becoming slimmer and working down your body) and this will spur you on every time you look in the mirror.
I was once told at a slimming club, many years ago - "Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels". It is so true.
Look forward to hearing about more of your successes!

Now that you have done the hard week with added stresses, just remember that if times get hard again, you were able to overcome them in your first week of the plan and lose weight.
