So far so good.
Wow what an inspiration you are, that weight loss is fabulous. You have done amazing, i worry as i am trying to lose 2 stone by May 2013 for a wedding and so hoping that i can achieve it. Any tips?
Its all about portion sizing, changing the way you look at food 3 meals a day i weight everything out and keep journals of everything i have its all about planning meal and snack times i feel incontrol doing this i started my journey may last year it can be done you need to think of your body ad fuel alit of people make the mistake of starving ones self and that just does not work as your body goes into survival mode, plan drink fluid i drink 6-8 pints of water a day and try to exercise or move more min is 30 a day but just moving more than normal will make a big diffrence good luck and im so sure you can do it
I totally agree - it's really a food re-education process.
I've half-jokingly said that I had three problems: I eat too much, I eat too often and what I eat has too many calories in it.
But that's actually only too true.
I've found my tastes have changed as I've cut out sweet / fatty / creamy things and I'm increasingly finding I just can't manage anywhere near the size of meal that I would have previously eaten. (Luckily, 'man's best friend' obligingly helps me out if I cook a bit too much - which I still do to a degree).
