Hi and welcome, albelite :)

I'm afraid we are not medically qualified, so are unable to answer your question, it's something you need to discuss with your own healthcare provider. I do believe, though, that it's probably a surgery that would need to be done by a private plastic surgeon and would probably cost a fair amount.

I congratulate you for your weight loss success and hope this continues with us to support you :)

All of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/weight-l... and we hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially the weigh-in and daily diary.

We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.

Wishing you all the best :)

Hi albelite as moreorless writes you need to speak to a medical person about this but it will be an issue most members will have after losing a lot of weight. Do you intend to carry on losing weight. ? If so why don’t you join one if weigh in days and get the support and encouragement from all the members on here. Members are on various weight loss journeys using different methods to get to their weight loss goals . Hope to see you on here . Good luck Sue

You're definitely not too old to want to look and feel your best! You've done an amazing job, losing all that weight! I'd talk to your doctor asap and get their professional opinion and advice (as others have already said).Keep us posted how you get on! 😊

I lost a lot of weight at one time starting with a big over hang but it did shrink back as I got close to my goal weight. I think it best to lose weight slowly if possible.
