I had to relapse today I was fasting and to break my fast with a small sandwich. And then I ended up having my proper meal supper which was black bean sauce I'm worried that about the calories.

I had some prawn crackers too so I'm thinking I've eaten a zillion calories

You asked the same question 2 months ago, Bluelady-sing. I suggest you use an app like Myfitnesspal healthunlocked.com/weight-l...

You are asking the wrong question, it's not the calories you should be worried about but the carbohydrates, and in this case you are better off avoiding the sandwich.

Most of us relapse at some point. Some of us relapse more often than others. It's too late to do anything about the prawn cracker calories so stop worrying. ☺️Best thing to do is learn that your blip made you feel bad and try hard not to repeat it - too soon, or at all.

Good luck with your healthy eating plan and hope you have more determination and will power to reach your goal.
