From there you can access all of our weekly, bi-monthly and monthly posts, it also has a Welcome Newbies post and frequently asked questions post. Follow all the links and you'll soond get a feel for the forum and find your way around.
The Weekly Weigh In is the 3rd one down on the pinned posts lists so if you click on that and read the intro it explains how to post your stats each week. If you scroll down to the bottom of the thread you will see who has posted so far today and can get chatting with them. The Daily Diary is also another good place to start - logging your food for the day and anything else you want to chat about. There is a massive amount of suport and advise available, just join in and get involved.

Hi again, yes it can be like that at first but persevere and you will get there. When i joined 2 years ago i started just with the Weigh In every monday (you can choose whichever day suits you) and a little while later joined in with the Daily diaries. I do a few more now too. Just take it at your pace and have a read through the different posts as that will give you a feel for everything xx
