Hi I'm starting this group tomorrow, but I;m still not sure where to record my weight? I also m not sure of the purpose of the daily diary. And also I saw somewhere that we should do body measurements - please can somebody tell me what I should be measureing? Thanks for your help!!

You'll find all forum activities by following this link healthunlocked.com/weight-l... to Pinned Posts. Scroll down through them and you'll find tomorrow's weigh in and Daily Diary, where members share their meal and exercise plans. The weigh in is for recording your weight but, more importantly, it's about being part of a team who all encourage each other.

Taking standard body measurements is useful for checking your progress: sometimes you'll find that you're losing inches when the scales aren't in your favour, so that can be encouraging.

Have a good look through all those Pinned Posts and join in as much as you can, then you'll soon feel part of the community :)

Hi Morphalot,

If you’re weighing in tomorrow I’ll see you with the Tuesday Trimmers! You will soon get the hang of it. The most important bit is just to get started. I don’t do the menus but maybe I should. I find the best help is the weekly weigh-in.

I was like you and found it difficult to find my way around when I started. I suggest that you concentrate on your weekly weigh ins and then join in with as much or as little as you want. I didn't measure myself, never thought about it but seems a good idea. How your clothes fit is another good indicator of your progress. Good luck for the future. It was after joining here that I started low carbs high (good) fats, I can't be bothered with calorie counting. Find what's good for you and stick with it. X
