I'm not realy a breakfast person. I know lots say start your matabolism most important meal of the day etc but I'm just not a morning eater.
But having said that, I'm sitting here thinking.. Shall I have toast or cereal. I am not remotely hungry. I'm trying toove away from eating when not hungry. That what got me here

Don't have either. If you're not hungry, don't eat. Eating just because it's "breakfast time" or "dinner time" is another thing that got most of us here.
And if you are hungry in the morning, I'd suggest scrambled eggs with something green like spinach or broccoli or courgette Not cereal or toast.
I definitely second this! Cereal and toast can be so stodgy in the morning. I much prefer eggs
And also, if you're not hungry make sure you are still drinking a glass of water in the morning. As well as hydrating you, this might also kickstart your digestive system and make you hungry.
