I just want to give MASSIVE thanks to everyone who has liked and commented on my recent before and now photo post.

I put on a little weight from some holiday and time off and am meant to be jumping back into things today. I could not feel more motivated right now so a big thanks to all the kind words and support.

I hope to have more progress soon and would be happy to offer any advice or tips I might have
