Ahhh! 89.8k!

Ahh! Managed to weight myself today.. It’s tricky as I’m a paraplegic. Had guessed at about 85 kilos... But I’m actually 89.8k!! Oh well! Time to change things! I’ve been cutting the carbs. At least now I will know if it’s working or not. Really hope I can get that figure down!

Aw, feel your disappointment, the same thing happened to me several weeks ago, I jumped off them scales pretty quick, although I took the plunge and now I can feel my clothes getting a little looser. Now you have managed to weigh yourself you can now take the first steps to get your weight down and where you want it to be! What ever eating plan you decide upon I wish you lots of luck on this new exciting journey.

Thank you Flo-jo. It’s great to have some support. Now I can weigh myself at least I’ll know if I’m doing the right thing if the weight comes down. 😁🤞

Thanks. Bit disappointed that I’m that heavy. But I’m doing something about it now. I’m over 6 ft, so very tall. The weight has just crept on over the years I suppose! I’ll have to make friends with the scales. 😂

Hi Nobodysperfect and go girl for getting on those darned scales! Don't forget to take your measurements, too. I wish I'd done this right at the start of my healthy lifestyle journey as it can be so motivating to see those inches disappearing even if the scales aren't being particularly friendly one week.

Come on to the Daily Diary link and tell us your meal plans for tomorrow! 🌻

Thanks Monday 1957. God.. I never plan anything. Need to start now though. I usually know what we’re having for dinner when I open the fridge and rummage. I think half the battle is having a plan and sticking to it with shopping etc. Difficult as I have three hungry teenagers. 😆 Made scones earlier today as my daughter wanted something else at lunch time. Ended up eating one, but chose the smallest one made from the little bits left over. 🤞 I’ll get into the swing of it. How do I get to the daily diary please?
