Well done on the jeans. Sometimes it helps to focus on something other than the scales.

I wanna look like that! Lol 😂 You look fantastic. I agree that the scales can be so soul destroying at times. They are a best friend when the weight’s coming off but during a ‘blip’ they are enemy No 1! X
