I got too engrossed in reading and replying to posts tonight, on the Wedneday Warriors Weigh in, that when I eventually tried to post my (tiny) 2.6 pounds weight loss, for my first week, I was too late to post...I'm hoping that this message catches the mail, for today, Wednesday...as I need to be accountable...sorry that I'm on the wrong page...lesson learnt lol
Have a good week everyone

2.6lb isn't tiny, it's huge. Yeah, some people lose more than that in the first weeks, but most don't average that. It's really good.
Lesson learnt: the first thing I do on the diary or weigh in threads, is put in my update, then I cheer on everyone else. If you run out of time, you can always tap on the ♥ to tell them you are cheering them on.
If you want to post late in the evening, then Tuesday after 9pm is a better time.
Aahh thank you Siggie...terrible loss really for a first week, but I will take it, as it's better than gaining, which has been me, for the last few years, unfortunately
Aren't they nice, they're in the Geranium Family...such a pretty colour, I only bought one plant like that...I will buy more next time; I don't have green fingers, so I'm pleased that I've not killed it, it must be quite hardy! 🤭
PS. I am now trying low carb...I hope it works, fingers & toes crossed. I think that I might be eating too much veg though, but I will see on Wednesday 😋
If you are skipping the starchy ones, like potatoes, it's pretty hard to eat too much. Green leafy, impossible. I guess it might be possible to eat too many sweet things like peppers and tomatoes, or too many onions etc. But I have never restricted on any of those.
Share you plans for tomorrow on the DD, and ask for feedback on your veggies.
Thank you SB...I feel stuffed...it was oven baked radishes tonight, with cheese, and a turkey breast...it's way too much food to lose weight! but I will be SO happy if I manage to lose anything, eating such decadent veggies
