Worked hard in week 2 and lost 1kg but no inches ( I lost 2 inches last week). So what have I learned - skip the alcohol and gain back precious time, protein and veg is the best way forward for me but watch the dressings and butter . Who would have thought I would just be learning about my body in my fiftiesXX
