So I’m going to use this to become accountable as I’ve committed to exercising one a day (in some form) for all of July. Even if it just means going for a walk to doing a HIIT workout.
I had just started going to a PT as I was aiming to lose 16lbs before lockdown (which is now 19lbs due to a bit of a gain) as I’m hoping 🤞🏼 to still go on holiday this year.
The only thing that I do really struggle with is my diet, I don’t eat enough but I’ve no idea what to eat or how often 🤷🏻♀️ so any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Hope everyone has a lovely day 💜
