Today it'll be a Chocolate Cherry Smoothie for Breakfast at 10:00, followed by a Bean & Cabbage Coleslaw for lunch at 14:00 hrs. and probably a peanut butter and banana sandwich for Supper at 17:00. I might actually push lunch a couple of hours forward to 16:00 and stop there, to break through the two day plateau I'm on right now. This shouldn't be too difficult if I take my 9km walk about 15:00. I'm always less hungry after walking. Hoping to land on "Planet 230" by week's end!
