So I have myself a rather spicy spagetti bolognese this evening.. I didn't have enough normal pasta sauce so used a bit of "arrabbiata" sauce and wow it has a kick lol. I used half a jar of the pasta sauce the other day for meatballs and spaghetti (photo above), and normally another half would be enough but I used more mince than I normally would or planned to - I had a 500g bag of Quorn mince, thought I had used half of it previously so half (250g) would be left but when I weighed it, it came to 300g so I must've had 200g not 250g last time. Threw all 300g in, so it required a bit more sauce.
This might take me a while to eat lol, still yummy though! No photo though as phone is on charge in another room but its spaghetti bolognese with the following:
300g Quorn mince
110g spaghetti (it was all that was left)
half red pepper
2 medium mushrooms
4 onion slices
250g(ish) waitrose pasta sauce
100g(ish) waitrose arrabbiata sauce
2 tsp parmigiano reggiano
