So I haven't been on here for a few days but I'm still going.... kinda. It was my boyfriend's brothers 21st birthday yesterday (Monday 1st) and we went around theirs to have a cosy BBQ. I didn't "go crazy" but I did have a slice of cake. We also had Subway today as had a discount email and boyfriend fancied it, previously had salad bowls but barely been having bread (which is good I guess but used to have it quite a bit before) so went with a sub (also had nachos... oops).
But full on track from tomorrow! Got a fridge full of fresh veg and fruit. Will most likely have my new favourite meal, stuffed mushrooms, for dinner! Might also do a fry up midday which will consist of eggs, beans, mushrooms, Quorn sausages etc. Plenty of protein.

Good that you will be back on track today. Yes, you're right, it's a good thing to walk away from the bread and cut back on other carbs as well.

Subway? What a waste of a cheat day! I love bread, but I have only ever had subway once because their bread is nasty. Fillings aren't good, either, but that's another story. If I was going to eat a sandwich, it would maybe be an Italian prosciutto from Pret, or something from Paul like a montagnard. Even when I was eating carbs, I don't think I would have eaten subway, even if it was free, unless I was really hungry.
