Slimming world.

Does anyone know if the Slimming world has a diet for Gluten and Dairy-free? I did join once but found it difficult.I was hoping maybe they have changed things.

Why not try a standard low-carb diet? It's gluten-free by definition, and it doesn't have to include dairy.

Slimming World doesn't even work. They're just yet another slimming scam taking money from desperate people.
