Day 114: Lost.

Good evening fellow journeyers. I hope your day has gone well. Today I have decided to extend the challenge for another seven days. These seven have gone well and I want to continue to feel as energised and motivated as I have done recently. Today I reflect on the weight I lost (5lbs!) and how that feels!

Well done Wordsworth2 that's an amazing loss for you this week, real motivation to stick with it!

I knew mine wasnt gonna be good, was hoping to have STS BUT no - a fairly hefty gain - I've gained 3.25 lbs - even OH cdnt believe it! But I feel angered enough to get it sorted out, I know what it is - wine and crisps during virtual pub quiz nights!

Hi dontgojogging, it is hard to stay on it, especially in these crazy times. God knows yesterday was a 'fall' for me. But I am glad that you are getting straight back on it and recognising maybe where your journey took a detour...and that's all it is because you are back on the road again now! Well done and keep going!

very well done-we have to focus I think and we will get there in the end 😜

Hi journalgirl, we do indeed. Without conviction and focus, we won't move.

Hi Sheperdess, thank you for your support! Again. It does feel great, but it felt even better today, getting back on it after 'falling' a little on Sunday! Good luck on your own journey!

Wow, 5lbs. That's marvellous, well done you. Your hard work and determination have certainly paid off big time. You must be thrilled.

Huge motivation to keep at it with success in sight.

I'm with you all the way and cheering you on.

Hi Lavender54, thank you so much for your support. I was definitely thrilled. Determination certainly has paid a part, even though yesterday I found that sometimes determination isn't enough. Sometimes a fall can motivate you, if you face it and carry on!
