Well done Filbo22, but could you set up an alarm on your phone, or put a note on your calendar/diary, then you'll never miss a weigh-in again
Thanks, I feel a fraud now though. Weight last week was 99.8. Start weight was a few months ago.
Good tips, but I have so many alarms, Plank workout, Cardio, record breakfast, etc. that I need to change all alarms. As long as I can do 1 day any week, I'll try and make it Tuesdays, but wont lose any more sleep about doing it Wednesday.
As I said previously, Newbie and old, so just getting my head around the chat room/website whatever it is called.

If Tuesday is a difficult day for you then feel free to join us on the Wednesday weigh-in.
If you think Wednesday is not really any different other than it makes you remember that you missed Tuesday, then this will not help you and maybe a weekly reminder on your computer or phone would be better help.
