Hello Wednesday weigh ins

11 stone today. Was away last week so that is 4.75lb in 2 weeks by sticking to 1400 calories a day. Still a long way to go but feeling much better for controlling what goes in my mouth. Plan to up the exercise next week painting the house.

Good weight loss angela though I expect you meant to post on the Wednesday weigh-in thread and not create a new post.

Is that 1400 part of the calorie range specific to you when you ran the NHS BMI calculator or are you using the generic number for women in general?

Mmmmm, yes was meant for Wednesday weigh in. Will go back to the newbie instructions & see if I can find how to do that. Using the generic 1400, is there somewhere I can do an individual calorie allowance? Y

To get your specific range, follow this...

Don't worry if it's higher, you will still lose weight, it will make life easier in the long run and you won't have the problems that eating too little can cause further down the line.
