Day 62: Stairway to Fail.

Today I went to bed at 12.45am. I woke up at 4.30am. I forgot my lunch(ish), I had a MacDonalds. Sometimes you can see the steps that lead to a fail and, when you reflect on them, you can avoid a repeat. I know the steps I took to my fail today, now I have to learn from that.

I know the feeling. It takes a pretty self aware individual to pull yourself back from wallowing for too long and instead allow yourself to reflect. I still have trouble with that. Whats your game plan for your next late night?

You need to get to bed earlier. That's where failing stems from. Not enough sleep, being forgetful, not really caring about what you eat in the end. Of course, you know that. You have reflected on that. Good luck with the 2lbs weight loss.

Hi think of it as a hiccup. I did worse

Bought chocolate intending to eat one a day and ate the whole lot at work after my breakfast

I felt so bad and I don't know why I do that as I know I will e at the whole lot

We learn slowly.

God luck with today 😁
