what to eat for lunch now i didn't bring anything from home ?

posting ideas. i know its only 11am. for the last few days i've been eating ready meals. i'm not keen on sandwiches. i'm thinking fruit. i don't want chocolate. mmm fruit and biscuits, tomorrow tortilla chips and dip. better eat something rather than nothing.

Veggie sticks and dip are good, celery, carrot, cucumber with hummus or guacamole. Frittatta or crustless quiche is also good. Have a look in recipes in the Topics section healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

also it takes planning if i get disorganised i end up going without. its my weird thought systems, how i think and rationalise

That is lesson no.1 in weight loss, planning your food 😊. Hope you’re not too hungry today, do you have your evening meal planned? Cheese or nuts are a good snack choice if you’re really hungry

yes i love nuts but not cheese. last night it was studel and ice cream. i ran out of money to manage, plus i've committed myself to no sugar between 12pm and 6pm.

Planning is really helpful, you can manage your calories as well as the £££ 😊

Moral to that tale is plan and take something from home and will be cheaper for you in long run as I see further in your on a budget. And rather than sandwiches try an egg salad or fruit

yes today i bought in lunch that i cooked last night. rice, potatoes and noodles. it was alright but i have the dentist in a bit.

well apart from today because i forgot my lunch in the freezer, i'm cooking an evening meal and halving it for lunch and i find that system easy to do. the dentist was a worry because i forgot my toothbrush. oral health is very important for work, and interacting with people. it can be uncomfortable! had biscuits again, don't feel too bad but got coffee breath.

don't seem to lose any weight though, hoping when the weather gets better i can walk my dogs for half an hour a day. my target is another 3 stone.

Yes it is better to take it with you lol and yes nothing worse than bad breath especially if close up to someone, funnily enough I used to have a dentist with BAD breath even through mask
