Hi Bluelady-sing I’m a lifelong vegetarian and my tips for combining it with WeightLoss;
Lots of veg,
Replace protein w pulses and lentils as well as dairy,
Eggs are very filling,
Go easy on the cheese and deserts as most are vegetarian but almost all don’t help the diet!
