Write a list of all the reasons you want to lose weight and stick it on your fridge, along with a picture of yourself. Then decide not to go on another diet, but to find a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.

Hi Jules. I bought a 20kg bag of dry sand yesterday to get me to feel what it is like to carry that much unnecessary weight around in my body. I can't believe it. My plan is to take sand out of the bag equivalent to the weight I lose every week with the idea that I will empty the bag. This is my motivation.
Think of the clothes that are maybe in your wardrobe, that will soon fit better, I had 3 sizes and am now at the lowest. Makes you feel good, also people are noticing. So I think it is worth you trying Jule
Not a diet but healthy eating required.
I fell off the wagon again this week but as with last few times of this happening - I have let it be only for a day and have gone straight back to healthy eating by the next morning - and more importantly have not beaten myself up about any lapse!!!
Also for me extra walking and exercise has been crucial.
