Hey guess what? I have lost 14 lbs in 8 weeks by simply eating less, cutting out chocolate, crisps, pastries, and sugary items and perhaps most importantly, I now walk for 1h30mins 4 days a week! Its easy guys, just have some willpower! x

Great going bigbeef.

You've cut out the things that in of themselves cause insulin spikes and cravings for more. This will definitely ease the job in hand.

Well done on the walking.

Thanks Tiggerr, it may not be easy for everyone but after being overweight for the last 17 years I was determined to make a change for good and so far it's working
