Just a quick post as this is my first time at hearing and taking part in the 12 week program. I am doing this to lose weight and to eat more healthier options but I will need to ensure I am cooking food that is suitable for my 18 month old. Looking forward to all the support and also looking at what everyone else is doing.

Just be careful that you don't prepare food using low fat/fat free products and that you use fresh, whole foods, not processed foods as they'll be better for your baby and better for you
