Finally after multiple starts and stops - a move, new job, my son moving out, the unexpected loss of my nephew - his sister in the final stages of untreatable cancer, the loss of one of my favorite uncles... and the list goes on... for all of us - I've begun to give myself space - space to be distracted, to grieve, to accept the really crazy eating days, my binges and all those parts and pieces of me living my life. And finally letting it be okay not to be perfect, not to always get it right but just to keep taking one day at a time and knowing that what I choose now is what's important... not any earlier mistakes!
So ... huge for me I finally reached over half a stone loss - is there somewhat to have my loss updated! Not sure if I do something for this or it happens automatically or exactly how?
Thanks to everyone and wishes for a successful and happy day!

You re-joined the Saturday weigh-in team yesterday, so if you stick with them and give your updates each week, as well as chatting and encouraging others, that's where you'll get your badge updates.
Binge eating is often associated with not eating enough at mealtimes, or not the right balance of foods. If you're calorie counting, you should have a really good recommended range so do make the most of it. Aim to eat as much as you can consistent with losing weight, rather than eating too little. Have a good week, and why not start using the Daily Diary to reinforce your meal planning?
actually i'm feeling very discouraged. in the midst of all the craziness above I did great - and I lost weight instead of gained. With the deaths, the transitions, the international travel, the move, my son moving out - I actually lost nearly 3 lbs but the site still says I weigh more and the posts only suggest what I need to improve. I guess I was hoping for something positive rather than just corrective ideas!
Sorry Bella, who is saying you need to do more? If you mean your badge, that was an oversight and BridgeGirl updated it as soon as you brought it to our attention. Please don’t be disheartened, this is a super forum, trust me 😊
Thank you so much! Sorry for my "down" day. The day was almost over before I posted last week and in the midst of trying to respond to others found out my favorite uncle had passed. Because it was so late in the day there wasn't much time for anyone to respond to me and I was missing my family so far away and just went down in the dumps! Thanks for understanding that! I've spent a lifetime of not focusing on me and it's a challenge that I'm finally deciding to address. So grateful for this group of folks!
