Healthy breakfast
If you're planning to start exercising, you can't really go wrong with eggs. They'll keep you going until lunchtime.
My personal favourite is scrambled (2 or 3, usually), with a dash of cream. Plus coffee But there are dozens of fancier recipes, if you're so inclined. Some people make a Spanish-style tortilla (ie., a crustless quiche) and just eat a slice cold; very convenient if you're one of those people who isn't fully awake until 11am!

In my experience trying to do everything at once is quite difficult and becomes overwhelming. Maybe focus on sorting out bits of your diet first and then ease into exercising more later. Diet imo is the most important thing. A first step could be getting used to calorie counting for the week, then moving to cutting snacks next week and then trying to optimise the diet a bit more by the end of the month.
Try eating poached/boiled eggs or porridge that's normally quite filling. Breakfast is also a good time to eat fruit and top up your fibre needs.
Hi Keenanvo My 3 favorite & very filling breakfasts are:-
1. Overnight oats - 50g oats topped with 3 heaped tblsp natural fat free yogurt Topped with any fresh or frozen fruit. Made the evening before.
2. Fruit, yogurt & muesli(homemade).
3. Cinnamon & Raisin bagel toasted topped with sliced banana, drizzled with honey & sprinkled with chopped mixed nuts.
Hope you try & like them.
