So last week I was on holiday and celebrated my silver wedding.

Starting weight 14st 4 lb

Weight today - same

No losses. It stayed the same despite the holiday and celebrating - this is a little victory for me!

Short term goal - to loose weight at increments of 6lb

Long term goal to get to 12 stone.
