Good morning all. I've just discovered the NHS weight loss plan, downloaded the app and am going to give it a go.
I'm a classic yo yo dieter and have tried all the usual plans out there. I just wish I could flick that switch that must be buried somewhere deep in my brain that tells me I don't need to eat so much!
I also suffer from terrible IBS which gets me down. Finding a balance of food that helps me lose weight and keeps my stomach happy is quite a challenge.
Wish me luck
