I haven't Lauratb, but you could have a look at FutureLearn. They do all sorts of short courses (4 weeks), all free. They may well have one.

Also, stick around here, ask questions if things puzzle you or look things up and get different views. I think it's great to have an open mind. My understanding of 'healthy eating' has been turned on its head in the past 18 months
