How to weigh in

totally frustrated. I do not find computers friendly, neither can I remember log in's etc. haven't worked out how to weigh in with everyone else and need to reset or something. have gone up in weight and not down and need some help. I look 9 months pregnant and I am going through the menopause and know for sure I am not pregnant. I can honestly say I do not know why I have a huge midriff as I haven't eaten to achieve it. is this part of the menopause. can I get rid of it. what's happening? where do I go on this site to get to the weigh ins?

Click on the link, read the post by Marvel01 And follow the steps(ie give your weight and desired loss). Repeat each Sunday! One of the Administrators will reply to you with other info. There is a weigh-in group for every day of the week and we tend to stick to same day and also post messages to others to support and encourage each other. Good luck. If you stick with the weigh in day and try other supports on this site it will really help you
