Loosing weight can be really hard. I am 70 and need to loose at least 2 stone. I try not to look at chocolate or sweets. Fruit is better for you so I have a bowl of grapes handy in case I feel I want something sweet. Walking is a new hobby.

Fruit is good for you but contains sugar, which makes you hungry. ... so I have fruit with breakfast - so it makes me hungry for lunch!
