I read a post about low fat yogurt. It's amazing how we think they are healthy but read what sugars and artificial rubbish that is added. It's mad. So yesterday I made a change and bought natural yogurt, I added kiwi, apple and half of a banana. Omg, yum and very filling.
I have also tried Stavia natural liquid drops in my tea but it's very bitter and leaves a horrible after taste, so I've just stuck with half a spoon of sugar instead of 2 heaped spoons. Little changes make a difference. Don't go mad, little steps to success.
Have a great Friday guys and gals and keep smiling, we are all beautiful.

I found, on offer, Jimjams chocolate spread at 83% less sugar so I looked at an own brand choc spread's sugar = 48g/100g!
I buy it so rarely I had never looked at the levels but that really surprised me. The low sugar version tastes almost exactly the same and the kids actually prefer it!
Crunchy nut cornflakes are another shocker, I used to love them!
Cereals generally are a bit of a shocker. And it's worth looking at all the ingredients in a product and thinking, if you don't know what they are, may be best not to put them into your body but go for whole foods.
You might find these graphics interesting. It's not just overt sugar we need to be aware of but how different ingredients affect our blood glucose
You and me both Mummazita!! I have never liked yogurts, I used to eat a low fat yogurt and apple thinking it was a ‘healthy’ lunch, end up starving and overeat the rest of the day ☹️ now I buy full fat Greek yogurt and just love it 😊
