Well today I was thinking of all those people who are returning to work after the Christmas break. Many of which will be thinking of all they have overindulged, and many will be thinking of what they have to face tomorrow. So the song that sprung to mind was one from my childhood from Sir Bob, “I Don’t Like Mondays”
If like me you gained a few pounds I feel sorry for you, because you have started 2019 with the challenge of having to lose them once again, and Monday may seem like an up hill struggle. Do not fear, things can only get better. Maybe I should have picked that song!
Oh well, I went back up to 203 lbs but have already lost my first 2 lbs this year, however I started back last Wednesday.
So for all you guys and gals who are heading back for the first time tomorrow have a great time back and remember you are still young and good looking, and I was once told by Stephen Fry what goes in your mouth is what makes the difference and it is you who are in complete control of that.
I really do wish you all the best for 2019, so here is wishing you all a great start to the New Year.
