Whilst my car is defrosting and demisting so I can get home and drive safely to have my tea thought I’d post an early Xmas message- since I am back at work tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a good time tomorrow and allow themselves a little indulgence and treat without any guilt. I’ll be having my Xmas meal on Boxing Day and I plan to have a glass of wine and a baileys on the day😋

I am in Australia so it's Christmas Day and Hot 35 degrees💥

It's 5.30pm and I have spent the day home in bed feeling awful.

My chronic health problems with my joints have played up all day meaning exhaustion and pain.

I looked forward to being with my family and having our yummy lunch with a few treats.

Chronic pain doesn't discriminate against days of the year.
